First,
cold-formed steel finished weld cracking or rupture
Reason: 1, the thickness of the width of the raw material in the production process is unstable. Weld or produce false welding; 2, extrusion welding inadequate, poor weld fusion.

cold-formed steel products do not meet the criteria bend
Reason: 1, pipe wall thickness unevenness (uneven thickness or raw material produced by the manufacturer); 2, roll diameter of different pipe deformation leads to uneven bending.
Third, cold-formed steel product size fluctuations
Reason: 1, the operation when adjusting the roll improper; 2, solid too fast, leading to size fluctuations.

Cause: Improper production operations
Seven, then welded tube body phenomenon exists

Cause: shear deformation in shear makes port missing.
